Headhunting on
LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
Screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews Coordinating with hiring managers for final selection Achieving monthly recruitment targets Maintaining candidate pipelines and reportsRequirements
Recruitment experience (home country or Dubai) --

Real estate hiring or sales experience --advantage
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills Able to meet monthly hiring targetsOwn visa preferred
