Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Recruiter
to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes within a manufacturing or industrial setup.Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate with department heads to understand and fulfill hiring requirements. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports. Post job openings on various platforms and ensure timely closures. Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. 2-3 years of
hands-on recruitment experience
(preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines.Why Join Us?
