is looking for a dynamic and creative Recruiter to join our team.The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, strong communication skills.Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various real estate roles. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs. o Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, and social media for talent acquisition. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in real estate or a related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
