Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs. o Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, and social media for talent acquisition.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
