Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruitment for Senior property consultants.

Source top talent through networking, strategic outreach, and digital platforms.

Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit.

Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and refine job profiles.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified real estate professionals.

Ensure seamless on-boarding and integration of new hires.

Maintain compliance with UAE labor laws and internal hiring standards.

Requirements:

2+ years of recruitment experience, including 1+ year in real estate.

Fluent in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Deep understanding of Dubai and UAE real estate market.

Proficient in ATS, recruitment tools, and social media sourcing.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

Existing UAE real estate professional network.

Experience recruiting for luxury or high-end properties.
