We are looking for a proactive
Female
Recruiter
to manage our hiring process and attract top talent.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales managers to understand staffing needs Create and post job descriptions across platforms Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media and referrals Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Oversee all phases of the onboarding process Maintain human resource information system records and personnel files.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in Recruitment Or Talent Acquisition (Dubai or home country experience is accepted). Ability to maintain confidential employee, client and organization information Dependable, highly motivated self-starter Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Available immediately Must be in UAE Multilingual is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
