- Recruiter (Bike Riders Hiring)
We are looking for a motivated
Recruiter
to handle the end-to-end hiring of bike riders for our delivery services company.Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract qualified bike riders through job portals, social media, agencies, and referrals Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and ensure compliance with company standards Manage documentation, background verification, and employment contracts Coordinate onboarding, training, and deployment of selected riders Maintain candidate databases and provide regular hiring status reports Achieve recruitment targets within deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Proven experience in high-volume recruitment (preferably in delivery/logistics sector) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with labor laws, visa, and rider documentation processes Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
Salary & Benefits:
AED 1,000 fixed monthly salary
AED 200 commission per successfully hired rider
Attractive incentives based on performance
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,300.00 per month
