We are currently seeking a Recruiter Specialist with prior experience in the manpower supply field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting skilled labor from various regions to meet our clients' workforce requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for manpower supply projects Source candidates through databases, job portals, and networking Conduct interviews and initial screenings Coordinate with overseas agencies and partners Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and visa regulations Travel locally and internationally for recruitment campaigns Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports
Requirements:
Proven experience in manpower supply recruitment is mandatory Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Willing to travel for recruitment assignments Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus) Male candidates only (due to travel and accommodation logistics)
