We're hiring a dynamic Recruiter with experience in the real estate industry to join our Dubai team.
You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent -- from property consultants to support staff -- to support our rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Focus on sourcing candidates for real estate roles (e.g., sales agents, leasing officers, property managers).
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
Utilize various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, networking) to attract high-quality candidates.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with managers.
Maintain talent pipelines and ATS records.
Promote employer branding and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the real estate sector in the UAE/GCC.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
Proficient in sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukrigulf, etc.)
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
