Our client is a Dubai-based real estate company operates in property sales, investment advisory, and holiday home management.
We're looking for a passionate Recruiter with experience in the real estate sector (or similar industries) to join our client's team. You'll be at the heart of their talent acquisition efforts-building strong pipelines, connecting with exceptional candidates, and helping them grow a high-performing team.
Requirements:
Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, and corporate roles.
• Source and engage top talent across multiple channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver results.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers-ensuring a great candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• Min. 3 years' recruitment experience in real estate or related fields.
• Strong sourcing skills and market knowledge in the UAE.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to deliver in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
