Requirements & Skills
Minimum 1
-4 years of recruitment experience
, ideally in real estate, sales, or high-volume hiring in dubai. Familiarity withDubai's real estate market
andRERA licensing
requirements is a strong plus. Proven ability to source candidates usingjob portals, LinkedIn, networking, and headhunting
. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. Proficiency with recruitment tools, CRMs, and applicant tracking systems. Multilingual skills (English is mandatory; Arabic, Russian, or French are an advantage).What We Offer:
