About the Role
We are seeking a
dynamic and result-driven Recruiter
to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for searching, screening, and interviewing talented real estate brokers who can contribute to our company's success in the Dubai market.
Key Responsibilities
Search and screen qualified candidates for real estate broker positions through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals).
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules with the management team.
Manage and update the recruitment database and CRM with candidate information.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for newly hired brokers.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
Achieve monthly hiring targets to support business growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment (experience in the real estate sector is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM system (amoCRM) and online recruitment tools.
Organized, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
