(2 MONTHS CONTRACT ONLY)



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team and support the hiring needs of our growing Food & Beverage business.

The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across a variety of roles including kitchen staff, service team, production, quality control, and corporate positions. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the F&B industry, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to F&B industry needs. Source candidates through online channels, referrals, social media, job fairs, and campus outreach. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both front-of-house (e.g., servers, bartenders) and back-of-house roles (e.g., chefs, kitchen assistants), as well as support and corporate roles. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Maintain an active talent pipeline for high-turnover roles. Collaborate with HR team on onboarding and orientation processes. Track recruitment metrics and provide reports on hiring activity. Ensure compliance with labor laws, food safety standards, and company policies during hiring. Promote the company brand as an employer of choice in the F&B space.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry. Familiarity with F&B operational roles and required skillsets. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed). Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume hiring environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Understanding of relevant labor and employment regulations.

Preferred Skills:



Knowledge of seasonal and event-based staffing. Multilingual abilities (especially useful in diverse environments). Experience recruiting for both entry-level and managerial roles.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
