Recruiter
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage 30-40% in-house recruitment of Tagalog-speaking female staff (nannies, babysitters, housekeeping, etc.) for our in-house team, Happy Helpers.
- Handle 60-70% external hiring for clients across the UAE, GCC, and Europe.
- Build and manage client accounts, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored talent solutions.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts and ensure legal compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and hiring managers to deliver recruitment outcomes.
- 2-5 years of recruitment experience (preferably in HR consultancy)
- Strong network in blue-collar and white-collar talent pools
- Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Multimedia recruitment and video profiling experience is a plus
