Handle end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar (e.g., technicians, drivers, laborers) and white-collar roles (e.g., engineers, admin, finance, HR)
Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and workforce needs
Post jobs on appropriate platforms (Indeed, Dubizzle, Naukrigulf, LinkedIn, etc.)
Source candidates using job portals, databases, social media, and referrals
Conduct initial screening, interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job fit
Manage documentation, visa processing, and onboarding for selected candidates
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future client needs
Build and maintain client and candidate relationships
Stay updated with labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and visa regulations in the UAE
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience
in recruitment
Proven experience in handling
both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms
Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver under pressure
Fluency in English ( Hindi, or Urdu is a plus)
