Position: Recruiter - F&B Industry
Location: Dubai Hills Mall, Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time (2-Month Contract)
Salary: AED 2,000/month
Start Date: Immediate
We are looking for a proactive and organized Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our Food & Beverage (F&B) operations.
The recruiter must work from our outlet located in Dubai Hills Mall.
Key Details:
Contract Duration: 2 Months
Working Days: 6 days per week
Day Off: 1 day per week (as per rota)
Timing: As per outlet schedule
Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for F&B positions (e.g., baristas, waiters, chefs)
Conduct initial interviews and forward shortlisted profiles to management
Manage walk-in interviews at the outlet
Support onboarding and basic HR documentation
Maintain a candidate database and recruitment tracking sheet
Achieve hiring targets within set timelines
Requirements:
Must have a valid own visa (Freelance/Spouse/Family)
Must be available to join immediately
Must be willing to work physically from Dubai Hills Mall outlet
Previous recruitment experience in F&B or hospitality is preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing tools
