. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates across various roles and industries.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support urgent hiring needs
Build and maintain good relationships with clients and candidates
Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with company and client expectations
Maintain accurate recruitment reports and documentation
Requirements:
2-3 years of
UAE experience
in
recruitment or talent acquisition
(mandatory)
Strong understanding of the UAE job market and visa regulations
Proficiency in using job portals like Indeed, Naukrigulf, Dubizzle, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work under pressure
Immediate joiners preferred
