Position Summary:
We are urgently hiring a recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates to support the company's growth and operational needs. They will work closely with department heads to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely recruitment of skilled professionals aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans in collaboration with department heads.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Utilize various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, networking events) to attract top talent.
Candidate Management:
Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
Provide a positive candidate experience, managing expectations and providing regular feedback.
Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records and documentation.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare interview guides and conduct structured interviews to assess candidate fit.
Collaboration:
Work closely with HR & Administration to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new hires.
Regularly communicate with departmental managers to stay informed about recruitment needs and priorities.
Reporting:
Provide regular recruitment status updates and reports to management.
Analyze recruitment metrics to continually refine recruitment strategies and improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within IT, technology, or infrastructure sectors.
Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting technical and non-technical positions.

Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.

Working Conditions:
Office-based position with occasional local travel for recruitment activities.
Standard working hours with flexibility required based on recruitment needs.
