Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
Prepare clear and compelling job descriptions according to the hiring needs
Source candidates using a variety of platforms and strategies (job boards, social media, networking, referrals)
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
Maintain and update the Records.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Draft and extend job offers, and assist with negotiation when needed
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and labor market conditions
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and workshops
Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Manager
