We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent. While experience in recruiting for Oracle-related roles is highly preferred, it is not mandatory. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
Source and attract candidates using various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability
Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and manage the offer process
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the technology or consulting sectors
Experience recruiting for Oracle projects or roles (preferred but not required)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and hiring practices is a plus
