Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent. While experience in recruiting for Oracle-related roles is highly preferred, it is not mandatory.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
- Source and attract candidates using various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and manage the offer process
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the technology or consulting sectors
- Experience recruiting for Oracle projects or roles (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and hiring practices is a plus
