Work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases (e.g., Applicant Tracking System).
Manage job postings on various job boards and career pages.
Conduct reference checks and background checks when required.
Facilitate the offer process by extending offers and negotiating employment terms.
Stay updated on the latest recruiting trends and best practices.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Strong decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
