Job Purpose: The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. The role requires effective communication, strategic planning, and a keen understanding of the job market to ensure the company's hiring needs are met efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and role requirements. - Create and post job advertisements on various platforms. - Source candidates using diverse recruitment tools, including job boards, professional networks, and referrals. - Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews. - Manage the full recruitment cycle, from application to onboarding. - Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records. - Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during the hiring process. - Actively participate in employer branding initiatives.
