The Role
Position Title: Recruiter Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 4K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai based company, leading the Healthcare Business Set up industry. : \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct healthcare candidates (nurses, specialty doctors, GPs) sourcing within UAE. \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry conferences. \xe2\x80\xa2 Walk through candidates\xe2\x80\x99 onboarding such as attestations of documents, licenses renewal and or transfer, all ministry regulations as per DHA. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct interviews with potential candidates, background checking and credential verifications as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of deadlines.
Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Open to Asian nationals \xe2\x80\xa2 25 to 40 years old \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or any relevant certificate \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 1 year of experience in the same role in healthcare \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
