Your most important tasks and activities are:

Carrying out profile intakes to understand the needs of managers;
Writing vacancy and developing recruitment strategies;
Actively sourcing candidates through various channels, such as your network, social media and LinkedIn;
Building talent pools in various fields;
Ensuring efficiency in the entire recruitment process, with attention to a positive candidate experience and candidate journey;
Developing content to support vacancies or labor market communication, such as writing quotes or testimonials, creating appropriate images or optimizing the work.
Continuously monitoring the labor market, keeping track of trends and developments, and anticipating changes to develop appropriate strategies for the municipality.

A Completed education in the field of, for example: HR, Communication, Marketing or Psychology;
At least 2 years of work experience as a (Corporate) Recruiter;
Experience in writing vacancy, sourcing candidates and building talent pools in LinkedIn Recruiter;
