Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for manpower requirements across various sectors
Source candidates locally using job portals, databases, referrals, and walk-ins
Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates based on client requirements
Coordinate with operations and PRO teams for documentation and mobilization
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company recruitment procedures
Meet recruitment targets and timelines for multiple clients
Conduct trade tests and coordinate client interviews where required
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in Qatar
(mandatory)
Prior experience working in a manpower or staffing company is required
Strong knowledge of the
local Qatar market and available workforce
Familiar with visa categories, mobilization, and onboarding processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Proficient in MS Office and online recruitment platforms
Preferred Skills
Experience in bulk hiring (construction, hospitality, facility management, technical roles, etc.)
Strong candidate network within Qatar
