Recruiter
Experience: 2-3 years experience in Qatar (mandatory)
Industry: Hospitality / Construction
Responsibilities:
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding. Maintain a talent pool for future staffing needs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
