Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our manpower consultancy team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates, with a solid understanding of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:



Source and attract candidates using various online platforms and internal databases Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial interviews Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients Maintain candidate records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date Assist with visa, NOC, and onboarding procedures as required Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports Maintain strong professional relationships with both candidates and clients

Requirements:



Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a consultancy environment Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with job boards, social media sourcing, and applicant tracking systems Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets Must be currently residing in Qatar and available for immediate joining Knowledge of Qatar's labor regulations and NOC processes is an added advantage
