Recruiter - Banking & Finance (Female)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: Up to AED 4,000 per month
About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Female Recruiter to join our team, specializing in the Banking and Finance sector. In this role, you will be at the forefront of talent acquisition, responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with a deep understanding of the finance industry, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a talent for sourcing top-tier candidates.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles within banking, finance, and related fields.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific talent needs.
• Proactively source, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates using various channels.
• Take ownership of vacancies, driving the hiring process from initiation to offer acceptance.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data management, reporting, and tracking recruitment metrics.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrable recruitment experience, specifically within the Banking & Finance industry in the UAE/GCC region.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of roles, functions, and required competencies within finance (e.g., retail banking, operations, compliance, wealth management).
• Proactive Approach: A self-starter with initiative, able to manage multiple requirements independently and take full ownership of tasks.
• Communication & Management Skills: Excellent client-handling, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) are mandatory.
• Location: Must be currently based in the UAE.
