Position Overview: As a Pharma Industry Recruiter for our client, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent within the pharmaceutical sector. Your primary responsibility will be to source, assess, and recruit candidates for various positions within the organization. We are looking for a native Arabic speaker who can effectively communicate with candidates and stakeholders in both Arabic and English. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms, to identify and engage potential candidates. Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial screenings of candidates, assessing their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization. Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates, evaluating their technical expertise and soft skills. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Reporting: Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress to the HR department and senior management. Qualifications:
  • Native Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical roles, skills, and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Results-driven and able to meet recruitment targets.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
