Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain blue-collar workers.
Coordinate with project teams to identify manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for roles such as technicians, helpers, masons, carpenters, drivers, electricians, etc.
Conduct background checks, validate documents, and ensure proper reference verification.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and local labor laws.
Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5+ years of proven experience in blue-collar recruitment, preferably in the UAE/GCC region.
Strong understanding of labor market trends and recruitment channels for blue-collar roles.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tracking systems.
