We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Recruiter
to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle--from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. You will play a key role in building a strong employer brand and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process across various departments and roles
Write and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and career pages
Source candidates using databases, social media, and networking channels
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews
Coordinate and conduct interviews alongside hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics using ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work
Participate in job fairs and career events as needed
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal hiring policies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven work experience as a Recruiter
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of recruitment marketing tools is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience hiring for [hospitality, FMCG, Construction industries]
Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
Experience with employer branding and DE&I hiring initiatives

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
