We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates using various channels. Conduct initial screening and interviews. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases. Assist in on boarding new employees.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Prior experience in recruitment is a plus. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).
