Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
Create and manage job postings on various platforms.
Build relationships with potential candidates to enhance the talent pool.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Evaluate resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify qualified candidates.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition

Job Details :

Experience: Min 1year proven experience in recruitment
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Tools: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
