As a Recruiter, your main responsibility is to have strong negotiation skills, and identify, attract, and select suitable candidates for various job positions within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Screening resumes: You will review resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
Conducting interviews: You will conduct interviews with job candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and fit for the position.
Coordinating with hiring managers: You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences for job candidates.
Negotiating job offers: You will negotiate job offers with job candidates, including salary, benefits, and other terms of employment.
Maintaining recruitment records: You will maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including resumes, interview notes, and other relevant information.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources or relevant.
Must have extensive experience in recruitment ( experience in healthcare professionals is a plus).
Must have at least 2 years of work experience as a Recruitment.
Organized and can work with minimum supervision.
Must have negotiation skills.
Has great time management skills and can multi-task.
Responsible and can handle work pressure.
Good communication skills.
Currently located/willing to be relocated to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
