Assist guests and clients in an appropriate and timely manner- Meet requirements of guests, and pass on tips and meet their needs
- Ensure client experience is proficient including bookings, payments and consultation cards
- Vigilantly ensures that all guests are charged for using the facilities
- Assist guests with product information
- Interact and communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Assist the Fitness Instructor in ensuring that all guests follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations
- Acquire knowledge about all areas of the Recreation & Spa in order to serve the guest effectively
- To work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and be a great team player
- To report accidents, maintenance issues, or other incidents

Two year clerical and customer service experience preferably in a recreational facility.- Computer literate
