Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced

Recovery Truck Driver (Heavy Vehicle)

to operate recovery trucks for transporting broken-down, damaged, or accident vehicles. The role requires safe driving practices, basic mechanical knowledge, and excellent customer service while responding to roadside assistance and recovery requests.

Key Responsibilities

Operate

safely to recover and transport vehicles (cars, SUVs, light commercial vehicles, motorcycles, etc.). Respond promptly to roadside assistance and accident recovery calls. Load, secure, and unload vehicles using winches, chains, straps, and lifting equipment. Ensure vehicles are transported without further damage. Conduct daily inspection of the recovery truck and equipment before and after trips. Report any mechanical issues or damages immediately to the supervisor. Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle and recovery tools. Complete job reports, trip logs, and related documentation accurately. Follow company policies, UAE traffic laws, and safety regulations at all times. Provide professional and courteous service to customers, police, and insurance representatives when required. Assist with basic vehicle troubleshooting when needed.
Requirements & Qualifications

Valid

UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License

(Category 4 or above). Minimum

2-3 years of experience

as a recovery or tow truck driver. Good knowledge of UAE roads, highways, and traffic regulations. Experience operating

recovery equipment

(winch, flatbed, crane, towing arms). Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage. Physically fit and able to handle demanding tasks. Ability to work flexible hours, night shifts, weekends, and emergency call-outs. Good communication skills in

English

(Arabic is an advantage).
Preferred Skills

Experience handling accident and breakdown recoveries. Familiarity with GPS navigation systems. Customer-focused and calm under pressure.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
