Job Description
\xc2\xb7 Taking orders from the Call Centres \xc2\xb7 Coordinating with the call centres and keeping them up to date with the en-route status \xc2\xb7 Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining an accurate log of the day-to-day activities \xc2\xb7 Safely loading and unloading vehicles on the recovery truck \xc2\xb7 Scheduling recovery truck repairs and ensuring that it remains in working order. \xc2\xb7 Driving to the accident or vehicle breakdown scene and assisting in removing the vehicles from the given location to the workshop. \xc2\xb7 Inspect the Recovery Truck for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance. \xc2\xb7 Planning routes and meeting vehicle delivery schedules Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
