Responsibilities:

Respond to Breakdowns and Accidents:

Drive a recovery vehicle to the location of the breakdown or accident.

Vehicle Recovery:

Safely load and transport disabled or damaged vehicles using specialized equipment.

Customer Assistance:

Provide excellent customer service to stranded motorists, ensuring their safety and comfort.

Vehicle Inspection:

Assess the extent of vehicle damage and determine the best course of action.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of all recovery operations, including mileage, fuel consumption, and services rendered.

Communication:

Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to provide timely updates and resolve issues.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance on recovery vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Compliance:

Adhere to all traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License:

Must have a clean driving record.

Experience:

Previous experience in towing or recovery services is preferred but not required.

Skills:

Excellent driving skills and knowledge of vehicle mechanics. Ability to operate and maintain tow trucks and other recovery vehicles. Strong communication and customer service skills. Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
