What You'll Do
As the Reconciliation & Payments Manager, you'll own one of the most critical functions in the company - ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth payment operations across multiple platforms and currencies.
You'll:
Manage and oversee reconciliation processes across payment gateways and banks.
Handle chargebacks, refunds, settlements, and payment disputes end-to-end.
Develop and maintain clear refund and settlement policies.
Collaborate with finance, compliance, and product teams to ensure secure and transparent operations.
Identify and implement process improvements for better tracking, automation, and reporting.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in reconciliation or payment operations, ideally in fintech, online payments, or digital platforms.
Deep understanding of chargeback management, refunds, and settlement flows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - able to find solutions fast.
Meticulous attention to detail and a sense of ownership over critical financial processes.
Excellent English and communication skills.
Based in (or open to relocate to) Limassol, Cyprus.
