Actively promote our VR experiences and packages to guests, maximizing sales opportunities.
Maintain a clean and inviting reception and lounge area.
Handle all incoming calls with courtesy, directing them appropriately and managing inquiries.
Keep accurate records of guest inquiries, interactions, and bookings.
Monitor and manage inventory for office and guest supplies, restocking as needed.
Operate office equipment efficiently and manage general filing and documentation.
Qualifications:
Experience:
At least 1 year in a customer service role with proven sales experience.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills and an approachable demeanor.
Proven ability to engage customers and promote products/services effectively.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Professional phone etiquette and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Dependable and punctual with a commitment to maintaining high attendance standards.
