: Typing & PRO Services Office - United Arab Emirates
Job Objective
:
To welcome and assist clients in a professional manner, manage front desk operations, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls, handle inquiries, and transfer calls to the appropriate departments.
Provide basic information about the company's services (e.g., document typing, government transactions, visa applications, etc.).
Schedule appointments and manage client queues if applicable.
Receive and organize documents from clients and forward them to relevant staff.
Follow up with internal departments to update clients on the status of their transactions.
Maintain an organized and clean reception area.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
Perform basic clerical duties to support office operations as needed.
Required Skills
:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Familiarity with UAE government services (e.g., immigration, Emirates ID, labour, MOHRE, etc.) is a plus.
Fluency in Arabic and basic English is preferred.
Qualifications
:
High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
Experience in typing centers or PRO services offices is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
:
To be discussed during the interview. Typically ranges from AED 1,800 to 0,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
