Job Description

Welcoming guests and checking their details against their bookings Allocating guests their rooms and providing keys Answering phones from prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them Knowledge of MSO office and Administrative tasks. Willing to learn and to work on a busy environment Flexible in a rotation shift Completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying Responding to requests for help and information Preparing room bills and ensuring prompt payments Knowledge on Hotel Software
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From AED1,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Language:

Arabic (Preferred)
