Greet and welcome guests and clients in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Coordinate with other departments for visitor arrangements and office needs
Order and manage office supplies inventory
