Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Provide basic and accurate information in person, via phone, or by email
Support other departments as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional attitude and appearance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer service orientation
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with office equipment such as fax machines, printers, and phone systems
Familiarity with scheduling and database software
Bilingual (if applicable)
