Job Description

Front Office & Administrative Support



Greet and assist visitors, offering guidance and refreshments while ensuring a professional reception experience. Manage incoming calls, messages, and correspondence efficiently. Order and monitor front office supplies, keeping inventory records updated. Maintain accurate records of office expenses and support budget tracking. Arrange couriers and coordinate other logistics as needed. Assist in calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements. Provide administrative support to the logistics and procurement department.

Real Estate Coordination



Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, addressing all real estate-related needs. Support property sales, purchases, rentals, and related transactions. Coordinate and manage client requirements from move-in to move-out. Prepare and process NOCs for property resale in line with DLD and RERA regulations. Handle tenant lease agreements, property inspections, and readiness of units for occupancy. Conduct final inspections, manage deposit returns, and resolve property-related issues. Track rental payments, follow up on delays, and issue payment reminders when necessary. Maintain well-organized records of lease agreements, contracts, and real estate documents. Ensure proper and timely completion of standard real estate forms (Forms A, B, I, and F). Stay informed on DLD and RERA policies, ensuring compliance across all transactions. Guide clients and colleagues on legal and procedural requirements in the Dubai real estate sector. Monitor and stay updated on changes in local real estate laws and practices.

Certification & Documentation



Handle applications and submissions to MOFA and the Dubai Chamber for certifications. Prepare and maintain the company's prequalification profile and key documentation. File and manage all real estate and client-related documents efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:



Prior experience in real estate or administrative coordination preferred. Knowledge of DLD and RERA regulations is essential. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage. Customer-service mindset with a professional and proactive attitude.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
