Manage and coordinate the CEO schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate
high-profile meetings, events, and engagements
as required.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Screen visitors and manage daily administrative tasks.
Support other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
