We are looking for a

smart, energetic, and customer-focused Receptionist Cum Sales Executive

to join our team
The ideal candidate must be confident, well-presented, and able to handle both

front desk responsibilities and student/course sales conversations

Key Responsibilities

Greet visitors, students, and walk-ins with a friendly and professional attitude Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-in leads Explain course details clearly and confidently to prospective students Maintain daily enquiry sheets, follow-up lists, and sales trackers Assist with admissions, registration, and document handling Coordinate with trainers and management Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in Reception / Customer Service / Sales Strong communication skills in English (Tagalog/Hindi/Malayalam is an advantage) Confident in sales and converting enquiries Good computer skills (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business) Well-presented and professional Able to join immediately (preferred) Experience in training institute / education field is a bonus
