Job Description

Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about products, services, and pet availability. Schedule appointments for grooming, veterinary care, and training sessions. Process payments for purchases, services, and appointments. Assist customers with finding products and navigating the store layout. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Manage pet adoption inquiries and coordinate adoption processes. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service. Provide information about pet care, nutrition, and behavior to customers. Greet and assist customers in finding products they need or desire. Provide information about products, including features, pricing, and availability. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner. Assist with inventory management and restocking. Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions. Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business Understand technical aspects of products and services and communicate their benefits to customers.

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
