The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff. This role ensures smooth front-office operations, provides administrative support, and maintains a welcoming and professional environment at the academy.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Greet students, parents, and visitors warmly and professionally.
Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed.
Administrative Support:
Handle student registrations, enrollment procedures, and attendance records.
Maintain and update student and staff records accurately.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Communication & Coordination:
Act as a liaison between students, parents, teachers, and administration.
Distribute internal communications, notices, and announcements.
Respond to queries and provide information about academy programs, schedules, and policies.
Office Management:
Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and welcoming.
Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Support other administrative tasks as assigned by the management.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in administration or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or administrative assistant is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Professional demeanor, punctual, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Friendly, approachable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
