Job Description

Required Skills & Responsibilities
  • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
  • Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence.
  • Copy, scan, and store documents.
  • Coordinate with customers for required documents.
  • Check for the accuracy of files, like contracts.
  • File documents in physical and digital records.
  • Create templates for future use.
  • Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.
  • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
  • Experience in Processing import/export customs declarations arranging. transportation and delivery.
  • Export & Import Documentation Experience required.
  • Liaison with Dubai/Sharjah Customs & Port Authorities.
  • Ensure timely issuance of delivery orders, clearance, and Delivery of Shipments.
  • Perform tasks assigned by the management.
  • Coordinating with suppliers/associated document teams\xe2\x80\x99 shipment-wise documentary instructions.
  • Submitting pre-shipment documentation and documentary instructions with relevant teams/authorities.
  • Follow up on document drafts. Preparation of draft shipment documents where necessary.
  • Ensure that daily cheque/telex/ cash transactions are carried out as required.
