Position: Beauty Therapist Assistant/Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and enthusiastic Beauty Therapist Assistant/ Receptionist to join our professional beauty team. The ideal candidate will support senior therapists and ensure clients have a relaxing and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist beauty therapists during treatments and client sessions

Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness and hygiene at all times

Greet clients and help them feel comfortable

Manage client appointments and assist with reception duties like payments,accounts,client enquiries,file handling

Sterilize and organize beauty tools and equipment

Restock products and treatment supplies as required

Support general operations and help maintain a pleasant atmosphere

Requirements:

On own visa or husband's visa (mandatory)

Prior experience in a beauty clinic preferred

Good communication and customer service skills

Positive attitude and professional appearance

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
